The ultimate green juice that doesn’t taste like grass and leaves you feeling fresh, clean and satisfied. With its detoxifying ingredients it isn’t only good for your waist line, but also your digestive system and skin health!
There are a few ways of having this juice, depending on your taste buds. If you’re just starting out on your health journey and your pallet is not quite used to “greens” I would suggest having it with apple juice. You’re still getting all the benefits of a green juice, but this will ease you into the green way of life! Kids will love it too!

What you need:
- 2 handfuls of kale and spinach mix
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- ½ cucumber
- ½ fresh lemon
- 2 thin slices of fresh ginger
- 2 cups of pure apple juice
If you are a regular green juice junkie, then I would suggest swapping out the apple juice for coconut water (or even plain water). If you still like a bit of sweetness to your juice, try adding a slice of pineapple to your water. This will keep it sweet but make it a little cleaner for you.
Chuck everything into a decent blender and whiz until it is a juice like texture. Feel free to add more liquid to your juice to make it go further.
